Shipping policy

Shipment of your order

Orders that have been placed and paid on workdays before 17:00, will most of the time be shipped the same day. (If a big order is placed near 17:00, we need more time). All orders will be handed over to DHL. A track and trace number will be added to your order after your order has been packed, please refer to DHL to track the progress of your shipment.

Cost overview:

• Minimum order amount: 100 euro excl VAT.
• € 19,50 for orders from 100 up to 500 euro excl VAT.
• No additional handling costs for orders of 500 euro or more, excl VAT.
