Mosquito Piercing Needle - Self Releasing +

The Mosquito Self Releasing+ is the updated generation of Mosquito's well-known piercing needle with a self-releasing cannula. The familiar system that allows the cannula to be released after piercing without the use of scissors remains, while the SR+ introduces several practical improvements.

The new one-piece comfort grip provides improved handling and control during piercing. The packaging has also been updated: each blister now features a fully colour-coded label corresponding to the needle size, making different gauges easy to identify at a glance.

The protective cap has also been given an additional function. It consists of two sections. After removing the short cap, the longer section can be used as a receiving tube. One end has a 45° angled opening, while the opposite end has a straight 90° opening, allowing the piercer to use whichever side best suits the piercing and preferred technique.

Two additional sizes are also new to our range: 22G / 0.9 mm in blue and 20G / 1.1 mm in pink.
