Together with the supplied True Jelly (sterile stretching gel) you'll easily stretch your lobes and bring the tunnels in place in one single movement. After this you simply unscrew the taper, close the tunnels and wait until your lobes are fully healed. Don't forget, stretching must be done slowly and without any pain. Stretch in small increments with a maximum of 1 millimeter each time. Wait 4 to 6 weeks until you stretch again.
